What’s for Dinner?

Whenever I can get my hands on a bunch of these tiny aubergines, we are in for a treat! *nomnom*

Then it’s time for ‘Stuff the Aubergine’ 🙂

All time favourite is this variety: Bharli Vangi – baby aubergines stuffed with a mixture of peanuts, coconut and coriander. Cooked to perfection. Melting on your tongue, so soft.

So why am I taking photos!? It’s time to dig in! 😉
